The Challenge

Hospitals and healthcare clinics are seeing a rise in poor outcomes such as injections, further required procedures and extended hospital stays. This is partly due to a lack of accessible and simple information for patients post procedures/surgery - in particular patients who are not native English speakers.

TAG designed, developed and built a fully functional web application. Together with Western Health, we created a user-friendly web platform for clinicians to share information with patients.

After the launch of Leaflet, Western Health has since extended the use of the app to several post-operative care solutions. Leaflet was awarded the 2023 Telematics Trust award for helping CALD communities manage chronic health and improve health outcomes. Like this comment
