Join the thriving team at TAG, a Melbourne-based Digital Studio specialising in Strategy, Technology and Marketing. As a Senior Performance Manager, you will take on a leadership role, driving the success of our clients' marketing campaigns and mentoring a team of skilled performance marketers.
Some responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development of comprehensive SEM and Paid Social Media strategies, collaborating closely with Performance Managers to align with business objectives and campaign goals across various industries including E-Commerce, Property, Health, Education, Sport and Retail.
Campaign Excellence: Oversee the implementation of paid media campaigns across various platforms. Specifically Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok, ensuring meticulous ad set-up and precise audience targeting for maximum performance.
Budget Mastery: Manage campaign budgets strategically, optimising resource allocation to achieve outstanding results while adhering to client constraints.
Performance Mastery: Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, expertly collecting data and crafting insightful reports. Offer actionable recommendations for enhancement, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
Advanced A/B Testing: Conduct advanced A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and campaign elements to identify and execute best-performing strategies for ongoing optimisation.
Audience Segmentation Expertise: Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies based on data-driven insights to elevate ad targeting precision and boost conversion rates.
Innovation and Industry Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in SEM and Paid Social Media marketing. Collaborate with the Performance Manager and platform representatives to test new platform features, including beta testing opportunities.
Knowledge Sharing: Train and educate both internal and external stakeholders on the latest platform initiatives and product changes, enhancing our advertising offerings.
Team Leadership & Coordination: Take the lead in fostering the team’s professional and career development. Also manage and coordinate a local & remote team of ad operations specialists, providing guidance on ad creation, management, and routine implementation/optimisation efforts.
Client Partnering: Support the team in handling challenging campaigns and data reporting across major north star metrics such as ROAS, CPA, clicks, impressions, frequency, spend, and revenue.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our measurement team to comprehend the incremental uplift of advertising changes and optimisation strategies applied for our clients.
Client Collaboration: Assist the team in aligning with client goals, releases, targets, and budgets during planning, including client quarterly business reviews and fortnightly work-in-progress meetings.

Your responsibilities as Email Marketing Specialist will include, but are not limited to:
- Drive email marketing efforts in order to engage customers and deliver business growth.
- Plan, develop and execute email marketing automation strategies for our DTC brands. This includes broadly circulated brand messages, targeted campaigns based on user segmentation and triggered campaigns based on cross-channel user behaviour.
