How we go about it

Working closely with our clients in the initial onboarding phase, we gain a deep understanding of what each brand values, and the greater vision that our client wants to communicate to their target audience.

Each client will present us with either some rough guidelines, or an existing branding book, which we will either create, or recreate accordingly. We believe in listening to our client’s personal preferences, as well as understanding the needs of the business, to best create a bespoke set of brand guidelines that mirror all written collateral (eg: tone of voice, target audience) which essentially creates the foundations for success.

Our strategy team then meet and collaborate closely with our team of designers, who consolidate ideas into remarkable creations. Their approach is unique, in the sense that all clients are treated as individuals. Their designs are created and then presented in a deck to our clients, who provide feedback where required.

Pending edits, branding and design are created, duplicated, edited and manipulated by our team and our client’s team.
